Very disappointing experience for delivery riders.

This McDonald’s consistently treats riders with little to no respect. Orders are often marked as “ready” on the delivery apps when they are not even packed, forcing riders to wait for excessive amounts of time.

There is also frequently nobody available at the delivery collection area, so we have to repeatedly call staff just to get someone’s attention.

This is a common complaint among riders who collect from this location. We are working too, and our time should be respected.

Only problem with this branch is that during rush hours, the service becomes really slow
